WHY DO I NEED THESE TREATMENTS? 

Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Over time, product buildup, oil, and environmental stressors can clog follicles and lead to irritation, flakes, or thinning—often without you realizing it. Scalp treatments are essential for long-term hair and scalp health.

At Dome, we use only best-in-class, professional products and proven techniques to deliver an effective, results-driven scalp treatment that’s both corrective and luxurious—going far beyond a basic cleanse or viral trend.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOUR TEAM MEMBERS HAVE? 

As per regulation of the state board, all of our team members that perform our services are licensed cosmetologists who specialize in both skin and hair.​

I’M A NEW GUEST: HOW SHOULD I BOOK? 

Easy peasy! If you’re a new guest, simply choose your service based on how long you’d like your scalp appointment to be and whether you want to finish with a blowout. For your first visit, we always recommend our Classic Scalp Treatment paired with a blowout for a great experience.

DO YOU OFFER BLOW OUTS? 

Yes! we offer a classic, round brush blowout as a finishing option. We also offer a complimentary self-serve station called the "Your Way Refinery Bar" to try out any of our products!

DO YOU have a blowout only option?

Absolutely! We offer a classic round-brush blowout paired with our premium wash, called the Dome Blowout, priced at $59–$69, depending on hair length and thickness.​

Can I book a scalp treatment without a blowout?

Yes! If you choose not to add a blowout, we will always towel-dry and gently brush out your hair. This is a great option for guests who want an effective scalp treatment but are short on time or keeping to a budget. You’re welcome to bring your own clip, or clips are available for purchase at checkout.  additionally, we do have a station where you can rough dry your hair (10 min or under) before leaving.

please note -  Hot tools are not available to clients personal use.

​CAN I get a treatment while I have extensions in? 

To protect the integrity of your extensions, our treatments cannot be performed while they are in. The products and massage movements can compromise the bonds and shorten their lifespan.  We recommend getting treatments in between your extension applications!

CAN I BOOK WITH A FRIEND OR GROUP? 

Yes! In a busy world, doubling up on life needs is essential. Therefore, you can have a catch up, enjoy quality time with your person or have a friend gathering while getting self care. you are together throughout your entire experience.

DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM? 

Yes! You can find more details under the “Memberships” tab or ask any of our team members—we’re happy to help!  We offer two flexible options: the ROOTS or VIP Membership. Each month, Dome Dollars are added to your account, giving you a built-in discount and helping you spread out the cost of treatments.  Our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. When you come regularly, you’ll see real results in your scalp and hair health—plus, it’s a great way to stay consistent with self-care. ​

 

​ARE KIDS ALLOWED? 

Unless your teen, tween or self care loving child is receiving a service, kids are not allowed due to our small space and the quality of the experience we want our clients to have. However, we are parents and understand. If you get into an unexpected emergency pickle - please contact us right away and we will take special consideration.
